Admin Support

WHO ARE WE?

15ten15 are currently recruiting for Admin Support on behalf of leading management and training consultancy business based within the UK.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role has the opportunity to begin as full time OR part time (3 days per week) which would then move to full time after 3 months.


This is a remote working role and fully expensed to allow home working.

However please note that despite the remote working aspect of the role, the successful candidate will need to be based in or around Sheffield due to the occasional need to attend company meetings.


The Admin Support will report directly into the Office Manager


Responsibilities:

  • General admin support for the Learning & Development business unit
  • Learner onboarding support
  • Learner record database management
  • Managing customer complaint procedures
  • Maintain filing system - ensure all documents filed correctly
  • Strong organisational, written / verbal communication skills.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in the administration, further education or public sector
  • Good systems & MS Office knowledge
