Research and Administrative Executive

15ten15 are currently recruiting for multiple Research and Administrative Executives on behalf of a leading consultancy business based in Leeds. 

Our Client works with companies across issues relating to strategy, transformation, people and organisation, operations and finance and have built the business over the years from exceptional client feedback and referrals. 


The successful candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, flexible and have excellent communication skills. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

Provide support to the leadership team activity including:

  • Business development support
  • Planning and developing future research objectives and client proposals
  • Conducting desktop research and delivering presentations when required
  • Customer management support
  • Company GDPR compliance
  • Associate and agency administration management (e.g., timesheets, contracts, expenses, invoices etc)
  • Client invoicing and budget tracking
  • Management of supplier invoices
  • Set-up of team meetings and events
  • HR administration
  • Management of office supplies and stationery


Skills Required:

  • Proactive, customer focused and “can do” attitude
  • Confident, professional, and willing to learn
  • A self-starter and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office in particular, Excel, PowerPoint and Word and proficient IT skills
