WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Brilliant are growing in 2022 and we are looking to create and build one of the most amazing resourcing/client management teams in the UK. We are supremely ambitious and have a clear plan of what we are looking to achieve in the coming years. We are already building a market presence in the recruitment sector and working with a range of clients across the globe assisting them to bring in the best talent to their businesses. Alongside that, we have now entered the retail space with amazing products and services directly to our amazing candidate base. 

The role of the Resourcing Executive is a diverse role but has a central function of communicating, supporting and advising a diverse range of candidates in their job search. It's about talking to them and building relationships and then taking the candidates on the job search journey. It is a role in which you will work as part of an amazing team but this is a role where you will be spending a large amount of time on the telephone and that must be something you are comfortable with (We'll teach and support you on everything you need to know – But you need to have that desire and passion to talk to people).
