WHO ARE WE?
15ten15 are currently recruiting for a passionate Sales Executive on behalf of a leading manufacturing and distribution company based in North Yorkshire. This role is flexible on remote working.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our Client is looking for a confident, team player who thrives within a sales role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Outbound daily sales calls
- Qualify and follow up on all sales leads and generate new prospect leads using external sources
- You will be responsible for recording and managing data held on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Managing accounts and growing them accordingly
- Achieve and exceed weekly KPI’s and performance metrics
- Proactively build and develop contact lists then manage and maintain client relationships and based upon targeted geographic and product areas.
- Record interactions with customers on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Work closely with the Internal Sales Manager in building solid relationships and assist in the development of new business
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Skills Required:
- Somebody who has a passion / background within animals / animal care whether professionally or privately would be an advantage.
- Strong outbound sales experience in a targeted environment
- Proven consultative selling experience
- A desire to succeed in sales focused organisation
- Confidence with interacting with customers by telephone
- Must be able to accurately follow all company processes and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Computer literate –Microsoft Office packages
- Familiarity with CRM systems
