My client is a well-established and successful software development organisation working the NHS and local Government sector.
After a number of years of successful organic growth the business gained additional investment is 2020 and are now on an ambitious and structured growth plan.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As part of the plan they are looking to appoint a new Sales Manager for the London/South East region to really build on an already loyal customer base.
Working closely with the Commercial Director your role will be to develop and build new relationships in both the NHS and Local Government sectors across the region. This is very much a long term relationship type of sales process and will require you to approach your contacts in that way.
Whilst there will be extensive support from the business you will need to create your own leads and opportunities via you networking and consistent sales calls /meets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is on the up!! Someone who has 2/4 years sales experience already and is now ready to take the next step and step up into a more senior and responsible role, we want someone who is looking to the future and wanting to grow their career over the coming years.
You will have had some experience in the NHS / Local government sectors and understand how they work and make decisions.
